Congratulations to Year 12 artist Eliza, who has been selected as a Finalist in the 2024
Brisbane Portrait Prize Next Gen competition. Eliza’s artwork “All is One” explores the desire to reconnect with nature and highlights the power that nature holds in shaping our emotional and psychological states. Finalist artworks are currently on exhibition at the
State Library of Queensland until 10 November. A truly remarkable achievement Eliza!
School-based Traineeship Graduates
Congratulations to MMC Seniors Morgan, Ruby, Lisa and Ava who recently graduated from their school-based traineeships with
Wesley Mission Queensland. The traineeship is completed over 1 year and combines a Certificate III in Health Services Assistance whilst working with a mentor in the aged care sector.
We also wish Lisa and Morgan all the best as they continue working in the aged care industry for Wesley Mission. A truly remarkable achievement!
