The College is organized around three Houses –
Fitzroy, McCormack and Penola – which are all a part of Mary MacKillop's story.
Each House has approximately 200 young women from Years 7 – 12. There are eight House Groups in each House. These House Groups are the primary pastoral groups for the young women. Where possible students stay in the same House Group with the same House Group Teacher during their time at the College to foster and deepen their sense of community.
Houses Groups meet each morning while Houses meet fortnightly at their respective House Assembly to celebrate student successes, to acknowledge individual and House achievements and to plan activities which embed House values. Each House is led by either a House Captains or two House Captains who are members of the Student Leadership Team.
